Return Policy

We accept returns within ten (10) days of the order being marked as "Delivered" or "Available for Pickup" by the carrier. Requests made after the 10-day window will not be accepted.

  • No refunds. Store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Pre-orders
  • Custom Made Orders
  • Leathers
  • Holiday or seasonal items
  • Layaways
  • Orders made during sale events

 

 

🔁 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must submit a request within 10 days of receiving your package.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or changed.
  • Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • In the rare event of a supplier issue, we will provide a 100% refund.

 

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after the order is placed.

 

Changing Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order is fulfilled.
  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately.
  • Once fulfilled, changes require a new shipping label, which the customer must pay for.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in store credits.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping label.
  • Refusal to pay for reshipping will result in the order being cancelled, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluded from shipping estimates)

 

Tracking Your Order

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment email or by logging into your account at www.leather-spikes.com

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
You may initiate a return (if eligible) once the package is received.

 

Fair Use Policy

To prevent abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns for suspicious activity (e.g. excessive returns, worn items)
  • Deactivate accounts engaged in policy violations

If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact us for review.

 

Final Note

Leather & Spikes reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or service at our discretion for any reason, including policy violations or abuse.
